Prof. Ashwin Mishra
Prof. Ashwin Mishra pursued his undergraduate legal education from National Law University Jodhpur, where he secured his B.A. LL.B. with an honours in International Trade and Investment Law in 2016. Subsequently, in 2019, he secured his LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law, where he specialised in International Law and Public Policy Dispute Resolution. During this period, he also served as a Certified Mediator for disputes before the Los Angeles Superior Courts.
Prior to pursuing his graduate education, he also worked in the law firm of Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, Attorneys, as a Senior Associate in their Commercial Litigation and Arbitration team between 2016 and 2018. Here, he handled commerical disputes pertaining various industries and sectors, and appeared before several judicial and arbitral forums.

Varda Saxena
Varda Saxena is a fourth-year student at Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat. She has immense editorial experience and is an editor at both national and international academic platforms. Her interest lies in investor-state disputes arising due to ESG norms and alternate dispute resolution through AI and Blockchain. She loves academic writing and also plays badminton. Her other areas of interest include capital markets and blockchain.

Rishika's interest lies in the areas of commercial ADR and International Conflict Management. She has won several accolades in various national and international mediation advocacy and negotiation competitions. She is committed to forward the culture of ADR and ODR in the country. She believes in writing pieces inspired by the field's practical realities. Apart from ADR, Rishika is also interested in the subjects of philosophy, world history and religious studies.

Aditya Joby is a final year BA. LL.B. (Hons.) student at JGLS. He has previously worked in Securities Law, Insolvency Law and Corporate Law. His interest lies in Mediation and Corporate Law. He likes to research contemporary dispute resolution discourse and examine the effect of ESG norms on commercial dispute resolution as a whole.

Mayannk is a third-year BA. LL.B. (Hons.) student at JGLS. He has previously done the Alfred Deakin International Commercial Arbitration Moot. His interest lies in researching and writing on contemporary legal issues, particularly in the corporate and constitutional law arena.

Ishita Agrawal
Ishita Agrawal is a third-year BA LLB (Hons.) law student at JGLS. Besides possessing an ever-growing curiosity for the field, she is interested in international commercial arbitration and harmonising ADR with the resistance of indigenous resolution mechanisms across nations. She also has a penchant for academic writing and research in human rights law. She is a trained Kathak dancer and loves reading in her free time.

Kaushiki is currently a second year law student at JGLS. ADR, Contract law, and IPR are a few areas of her interest. Recently, she completed a course in mediation and YCM has been certified as a Mediator. Apart from this, she is into research and writing as well. As part of her co-curricular activities, she has participated in multiple Debate tournaments and competed in a few Quiz Competitions.

Ayush is a fourth-year law BBA LL.B., (Hons.) student at the Jindal Global Law School. He has previously participated in multiple arbitration moot court and ADR competitions, giving him an exposure to the alternative dispute resolution space. Tarasha Gupta is a second-year BA. LL.B. (Hons.) law student at JGLS. Her areas of interest include Alternative Dispute Resolution, Contract Law, Constitutional Law, Family Law, and Criminal Law. She has previously interned in the fields of litigation and corporate law and is an upcoming participant in the KK Luthra Memorial Moot, 2023 on international criminal law. She is also an avid debater and currently serves as the Convenor of the Jindal Debate Society.

Shivam Gandhi is a fourth-year law student at the Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University. He believes in and focuses on practitioner-centric research in the field of alternate dispute resolution, especially concerning judicial intervention in arbitration and the administration of arbitral proceedings. Previously, he has participated in the International Academy of Dispute Resolution (INADR) International Mediation Tournament in 2021 and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) Mediation Competition, 2022.

Vydhrithi Reddy is a first-year student at JGLS. She has always been drawn to the intersection of law and technology and is eager to continue exploring these fields and making a positive impact in the legal world. Presently, she's exploring different fields in law school which intrigue her, like - Arbitration, Negotiation, etc. In the future, she hopes to use her knowledge and skills to advise businesses and organizations on the legal implications of emerging technologies and to help shape the development of technology law. She is confident in her ability to make a meaningful contribution to the field and is excited to see where her career takes her.

Arshan is a member of Mapping ADR's outreach team. He loves playing football, making digital art, and watching anime. Other than that his interests have been cultivated in ADR ever since he joined law school. Here, he's come to realize that investment arbitration is what he would love to specialize in. His goal here is to help this blog get the exposure it deserves.

Yashas T.R
Yashas T.R is currently a fourth-year law student at the Jindal Global Law School and past exchange student at the EBS Law School, Germany specializing in Transnational Commercial Law. He currently serves as a Board Member at the ADR Society, JGLS and has substantial experience competing, coaching, and judging at national and international ADR competitions. Most notably, he is representing JGU at the 18th ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition, 2023 in Paris and was the Semi-Finalist Negotiator at 8th IBA-VIAC CDRC Vienna Negotiation and Mediation Competition, 2022. His areas of research and interest include Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mergers & Acquisitions, Comparative Constitutional law & Public Policy.
